#2 Create a management command to purge in-progress scrobbles from some period of time ago

By default we should probably remove any in-progress scrobbles that are over a day or so old. The best thing is probably to allow the management command to default to one day ago, but accept a "days" option so you can choose to remove old incomplete scrobbles from an arbitrary amount of days ago.
