At a minimum, we should check if there's an "in-progress" scrobble within the last 5 minutes and if so, show that on the home page.
If there's no scrobble in progress, don't show anything.
In the future it would be great to have this be dynamically updated, but I'm not convinced that it's so important, rather than just having the page refresh.
